A naked teen in Mandaluyong caught on a closed-circuit camera in the corner of Sgt. Bumatay and Maria Clara Street while jumping on a running car. The video was recorded at around 6:47am on Saturday August 23, 2014.
One of the witness name Arnold Esclaveria told GMA news that he saw the girl crying and asking for help, he is not sure if the naked girl jump out of the car or intentionally pushed out.
A security guard assisted the girl while she still holding her clothes and bring to the nearest outpost to get dressed.
According to some witnesses, the naked girl is reportedly 17 years old and works for an eatery in Mandaluyong.
