30-Day Visa-Free Stay in Cambodia for Filipino Tourists

In a Facebook post by the Philippine Embassy, they were glad to announce that the Royal Government of Cambodia agreed to the request to extend the initial period of stay for regular Filipino passport holders. In their post, they were glad and ecstatic to have announced it.

In their Facebook post, they said that the facility can and might still be extended for another thirty (30) days or one (1) month.

How about Filipinos who would be staying for more than two (2) months or sixty (60) days?

On the other hand, Filipinos who would be staying in Cambodia for more than 60 days, should apply for a visa. They can apply for a visa upon arrival at the port of entry in Cambodia—this is for the tourists or travelers to avoid inconvenience.

Prior the announcement of the extensions, Filipino travelers—member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), were only allowed for up to twenty-one (21) days of visa-free stay or entry.
