The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC)just a few days ago, announced the passers for the Dentist Licensure Examination (Written) in December 2016 and the Dentist Licensure Examination (Pratical) in January 2017. They got help from Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, and Dr. Roberto M. Tajonera, Members, who were the ones who conducted the licensure examination. The official results were released two (2) days after the last day of the examination.
Out of the 1, 105 who took the written licensure exam in December, 605 PASSED and out of the 613 who took the practical examination this month, 609 PASSED.
The PRC’s procedure is an efficient and nice way to hastily display and let exam takers know the result of their test. Imagine just two (2) days after the last day of the examination, the results were released. Along with that, from the 17th of January up to the 19th, the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional ID Card (ID) and the Certificate of Registration shall be accomplished online. Those who are to register outside those dates and those who passed the licensure examination are obliged and required to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals and to bring the following:
- Duly Accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propseyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized photo
- Colored with white background
- With name tag complete name under signature
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
